Personalisation

How do I personalise a gift?

Simply add the item to your cart and you'll see a personalisation field where you can enter your name, message or date. We'll take care of the rest.

What if I make a mistake in my personalisation?

Please double-check your personalisation details carefully before placing your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at contact@giftsthatglow.com and we'll do our best to help.

Can I see a preview before it's made?

For most products you'll see a live preview as you type your personalisation details. If you'd like a separate proof, please mention this in the order notes and we'll send one before production begins.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most personalised orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping then takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount — check our current promotion at checkout.

Orders & returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

You have a short window after placing your order to request changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at contact@giftsthatglow.com. Once production has started on a personalised item, we're unable to cancel or change it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if this happens. Please take a photo of the damage and email us at contact@giftsthatglow.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I return a personalised item?

Because personalised items are made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
