All of our products are personalised and made specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, in line with EU consumer law.
