How personalisation works

Every personalised gift from Gifts that Glow is made especially for you — crafted with care and attention to every detail. Here's everything you need to know to get it just right.

Step 1 — Choose your gift

Browse our collections and find the perfect gift. Look for the personalisation icon on any product to see what customisation options are available.

Step 2 — Add your personalisation

On the product page, you'll find a personalisation field. This is where you enter your details — a name, a date, a special message, or a combination of all three.

Tips for perfect personalisation:

• Double-check your spelling before placing your order
• Use capital letters where you want them — we'll reproduce your text exactly as you enter it
• Keep messages concise — shorter messages often look more elegant
• Dates can be entered in any format (e.g. 14.02.2024 or 14th February 2024)

Step 3 — We craft your gift

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work. Most personalised items are ready within 3–5 business days. Because every item is made to order, please allow a little extra time around busy periods like Christmas and Valentine's Day.

Step 4 — Your gift arrives

Your gift is carefully packaged and sent directly to you or your recipient. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as it's dispatched.

What can be personalised?

Most items in our shop can be personalised. Look for these options on product pages:

• Name — a first name, full name or nickname
• Date — a birthday, anniversary or special occasion
• Message — a short personal note or quote
• Photo — available on selected products
