Processing time

Most personalised orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Non-personalised items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) please allow a little extra time.

Delivery times

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Tracking your order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order at any time using our Track My Order page.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold will be shown at checkout.

Returns

Personalised items

Because personalised items are made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. Please check your personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Non-personalised items

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at contact@giftsthatglow.com to initiate a return.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send a photo of the damage to contact@giftsthatglow.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
